The people were very nice however the place was disgustingly filthy inside. The smell was horrible. It would be a great place to buy feeder rats, if they were ever open. Most of the birds I saw were missing a lot of feathers and the other animals cages were very dirty. The people who rated five stars must either be related to the owner or didn't visit the same store as I did.
You won’t find anywhere else in or around Indy with cooler exotics. Great people to work with and always a pleasure stopping by. Everything is very clean and well taken care of, definitely worth going in if you’re interested in common or not so ordinary pets!
I absolutely love that the staff really loves the animals. They are very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and even gave some really great suggestions for my sugar glider. They also use the same vet as I do which made me feel so much more confident about everything here. The animals were clean, happy, and from what I personally seen look very healthy. I tell everyone about this place and recommend it daily. The South side needed a place just like this.
